Ingredients

Filling
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup honey
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
3/4 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Crust:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup lard
1 egg
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cold water.

Instructions

Filling:
Cream butter with honey in large bowl with electric mixer. Add eggs, mix well. Add oats, coconut, brown sugar, and walnuts. Mix well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Crust:
Cut lard into flour and add rest of ingredients in order and chill before rolling.
