Varietal Honey

Varietal honey is made predominantly from the nectar of a single type of flower, which gives each variety their own unique color, flavor and texture.

Because the flowers needed for varietal honeys have limited growing seasons, the flavors available from stock will vary. We apologize if we are out of stock on your favorite flavor.

Our honey is taken straight from the hive and poured through cheesecloth to strain out any bee or wax particles before bottling. We never flash heat, pressure filter, pasteurize, cook, or add anything to our honey. You get only the purest honey with all of the natural nutrients in tact.

If honey crystallizes, place container in warm water to reliquify. Honey will never spoil, it will last forever.
