Pure & Natural Wildflower Honey. Often used to describe honey from miscellaneous or undefined flower sources. Our wildflower honey is normally what the bees produce in the Fall of the year. Its sources are goldenrod, aster, a little clover, and often pumpkin and or watermelon honey. It is darker in color than our clover honey and richer in flavor. Great to smother buttered pancakes with. Our honey is taken straight from the hive and poured through cheesecloth to strain out any bee or wax particles before bottling. We never flash heat, pressure filter, pasteurize, cook, or add anything to our honey. You get only the purest honey with all of the natural nutrients in tact. If honey crystallizes, place container in warm water to reliquify. Honey will never spoil, it will last forever.
