We collect our pollen fresh from our hives on or near our farm. It is then dried and cleaned before it is packed. Our bees are not contained but are allowed to fly freely in the fields and forests of Morgan County. Therefore, our bee pollen is natural and contains a variety of floral sources which gives it a unique flavor. What is interesting, is that the color and flavor of the pollen will change as the flowers change during the season. Bee pollen is very beneficial when added to any diet. In fact, it is the most nutritional food available to man. My entire family takes it every day because I believe it is the most important component of our diet.
